Severe Flooding Across the Balkans — Aid Distribution Continues Daily!

In May 2014, the Balkans were devastated by severe flooding and many people in the affected areas required urgent help! Some lost everything and were faced with having to re-build from scratch. Serbian tennis great and world #1 Novak Djoković donated his 1st place prize money from the Rome tournament ($500,000) to assist in the recovery. Healing Hearts Balkans has been delivering humanitarian aid to the worst affected areas. We wish to send a big THANK YOU to those who sent donations via our “How You Can Help” page.

The following photos give at least an idea as to the magnitude of the devastation. We are doing all we can to relieve the suffering by distributing humanitarian aid to those who need it most.
